This was always her secret of success and her motivation is to make organizations a better and more successful place.
Gudrun Guerlich started her career in finance and moved on to international consulting, business analysis, project management, IT governance, different global sourcing functions (ITO, BPO) including risk and transition management. In these functions she led teams in different European countries, the United States and India. She operated in different industries like pharmaceutical-, finance-, telecommunication-, automotive-, IT- and business consulting industry. In each function she achieved business targets and was known by her colleagues to be result-oriented.
While focusing on target achievements it is very important to her to never forget the human aspects. She sees diversity as a key to succeed in the global business market as well as the skill to collaborate with virtual teams around the globe.
